De Boss here, and I hope the arrival of the new year has found you all good and well. Time for some updates:

First off, our first meeting at our new venue at Zelma's went off very well, with the exception of the arrangement of the tables, and with just a couple of seating adjustments, things should be even better next month. I really like Zelma's... it reminds me a lot of one of the little family-owned restraunts my grandparents used to take me to when I was a kid. The meeting room was covered with family pictures, college banners, the good ol' red, white, and blue. And on top of that, the food was great and very affordable. And we were on absolutely no time limit, as Zelma's is open 'round the clock. I want to thank everyone who made this new move such a success, and to the wonderful staff at Zelma's who made us feel welcome.

Second, next month we are going to debut the first episode of the wildly successful Doctor Who spin-off TORCHWOOD, starring John Barrowman as Capt. Jack Harkness, now the leader of the throne's paranormal special ops group. It is a very witty, well-made series, but it also has a surprising amount of adult content and language. The second episode, in particular, has a lot of content of a sexual nature. We'd like to get a consensus from our members about running this series, because I really don't feel it's appropriate for young kids. Most all of our attending members are adults, but every now and then we have youngsters come in, and there are probably some attendees who would take exception to this. Please let us know what you think by contacting us through our Yahoo newsgroup link.

Tonight, the Colts will face their greatest challenge yet... can Peyton win the AFC championship and not go stone frozen? The answers will be forthcoming! It's Sydney or the Bush!
